Our house hunting process was a little more difficult and longer due to relocating from another country. Crystal was patient and a very hard worker on our behalf. She never hesitated to set up viewing and even did multiple walkthroughs with us using facetime when we couldn't be in Houston. She also went above and beyond in resolving an escrow issue we had.

Not only did she find us an outstanding new home but was also able to sell the existing house. Crystal was prompt at showing us homes and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. She went far above and beyond to make our cross country move as easy as possible. The only snags we hit were because of appraisal delays and obviously not the fault of the realtor. But she even did everything she could to keep all of those struggles on track as well. Once for the purchase and once for the sale of our Texas home. Our realtor, Crystal Lucas, went above and beyond to accommodate us. She used her extensive knowledge of the house market and Spring/Woodlands area to make an efficient use of our time on the purchase transaction. On the sale transaction she secured multiple offers within a couple of days of being on the market. When the original buyer failed to get their financing, Crystal gave us our options and allowed us to make a decision to put the house back on the market. Again, she secured multiple offers within a couple of days of being on the market. After the first sale fell through, we moved out of state, Crystal helped us with the upkeep and maintenance of the property until the buyer took possession.
