We have used Weichert Realtors (Murry Group) twice. Once for the purchase and once for the sale of our Texas home. Our realtor, Crystal Lucas, went above and beyond to accommodate us. She used her extensive knowledge of the house market and Spring/Woodlands area to make an efficient use of our time on the purchase transaction. On the sale transaction she secured multiple offers within a couple of days of being on the market. When the original buyer failed to get their financing, Crystal gave us our options and allowed us to make a decision to put the house back on the market. Again, she secured multiple offers within a couple of days of being on the market. After the first sale fell through, we moved out of state, Crystal helped us with the upkeep and maintenance of the property until the buyer took possession. The reason that we like the Murry Group is their professionalism. This includes the photographs, marketing and most importantly honest communication that allows the customer to make their own decisions.
